Still can't believe! I'm now 23. Time sure flies so fast. I didn't do much of celebration this year but it was so special since I have everyone I need in my life back & besides and I'm quite settled down with full time job and everything. But it's not the best part yet as I had very life changing inspiration which I'll elaborate more later on. This is what life is about, changing better with time. So I may not be there where I dream to be yet but I'm not gonna give in. I know my post is going to be side tracked again with lots of details but bare with me, I have some interesting irrelevant topics to discuss as always.
First to start with my another opening event which I proudly presented first in town Vestige Unique Souvenirs and Lifestyle Boutique. I recommend anyone who likes unique and vintage stuffs, this is a right place for you based on some no bias comments. The environment itself will give you a chill from a real vintage vibe from some cool traditional decoration around display of products with reasonable prices to attract not only just foreigners but also even locals. In doubt, check out some of the photos from opening.
Dress I wore on that day was again by no other than my sister genie bear. I want it to be unique so we created a little different by adding some extra lace and made it longer than usual traditional longyi and presented another color combination of pink and dark brown pairing up with vestige small clutch, pearl necklace, a rose in my hair and something I do best, a smile. And ta da! all this young lady needed, elegant and something both vintage and traditional and of course neglecting my usual trendy & traditional concept.
Again, I felt glad and thankful that a lot of people showed up for opening despite it was early Sunday morning, excited familiar smiling faces everywhere. They loved the whole concept of Vintage & Unique but I mean who doesn't? Vintage theme is the most coolest one since everyone's so used to seeing trendy ones everyday.
Birthday on Monday is such a bummer but turn out not that bad since my colleagues threw me two birthday cake cuttings adding on to my family's surprise 12 o'clock sharp birthday cup cakes. Life was pretty traffic knowing people do care about you. And a simple fine dining quiet dinner reservation at le planteur in the evening saved the day as well.
What I really proud was a birthday donation to HIV infected orphans at Happy Haven Humanitarian project. Having very supportive family around, since the day I saw the empty looks on their faces, this small donation leads to amazing decision to create own charity organization and donate every month regularly to different needy places both in town and out of town. We are going to start off on our own first but I do wanna expand it big and want to create a society where everyone can share sympathies and helping hands. Making a world better place have to start with yourself first. This is not another gimmickry to get popular or anything.
