" Neon Stripe "

On a beautiful Sunday morning, I woke up to this neon maxi dress which was totally a surprise to me since i have no idea my mom and little sis been working on it whole morning. Well i woke up quite late since i watched long-time-no-give-a-shit Korea drama series last night till dawn for a change as i was so tied up with Sherlock Holmes for quit a while. I had so much fun enjoying my full weekend off & weekdays after work evening by staying in, watching series. That's a total strange thing to me as i'm a miss always going out.A little confession's here, I kind of miss my former Singapore life: late night parties, shopping with friends, yummy foods, plenty choice of outdoor activities, beer-ING at river side, fast 3G, up to date ibook store in my ipad and unlimited fabulous spot to take #ootd pictures and etc. etc. Here in Yangon, i'm feeling too uneasy to fit in the society i was away for real long. but i'm fully blessed having my family back and being with always the warmest family besides. Now i don't need to wake up early for standing MRT ride, unnecessary spending on lunch and dinner since i don't cook and dealing with those full of bullshits, funny accents sa lone and those lonely homesick hours. So as to conclude, i'll just take it as a price i have to give for my easy, comfortable life and good title challenging and full of opportunities work i got here. 

Back to my stripe colorful neon maxi dress my sister made it for me, god! I have to admit she's talented over making dress and designing which is so convenient for a fashion freak like me obviously. I don't shop for cloths here too often because dresses those cheap are way too simple and trendy ones are way too expensive. So Mostly in my closet these days are all full with me, my sister and mom cooperative works. I'm so glad to have my girls around. The whole idea of my blog is not for the riches those are easily able to afford designer dresses but for majority of girls out there those want to be fashionable but don't want to spend much on it. It's all about mix and matching so simple some tips will do as follows. 

Design 

Get the design inspiration from your choice of some actress and fashionistas on social media page and magazine, change it into something you could wear, something more of your type. Let your creativity works. 

Fabric choice

The most important basic thing, one wrong choice of fabric and the whole idea of ur dress could be changed. It happens always to me. Be careful with it. 

Color mix and matching 

Always observe the trendy color mixing. We are no longer in a black and white or only same colors match era. Every colors can be used in this matching games. Have more fun with colors. 

Details

Give more attention on details and that'll make your dress different from others but it doesn't mean you have to put so many details on the dress. Highlight some and make it stunning to get easily noticed. 

Accessories 

Fundamental fun part of styling, your dress is nothing without matching shoes, bags, hair style and accessories. They are the enhancer of your dress, never underestimate the power of accessories. 

I hope it helps to some extend, i'll elaborate more in my upcoming posts too. On Sunday evening, i have a 68 residence official launch dinner at park royal hotel where I learnt so much about high end luxury condo and residence project in Yangon and highly motivated by seeing and meeting all those rich and successful people. I decided to wear my newly sewed neon dress and match with my black miu miu wallet and H&M wadges. For accessories, i chose my american diamond heart shaped rings and fancy diamond bracelets to go with as the dress itself looks too fancy. I did a mini outfit photo shoot before dinner on the way at Kan Taw Gyi park for the first time. I take my fancy purple sun glass from Rubi out since it match with dress and sun is shining bright outside. Closer look into dress details, it's actually separate sleeveless cropped top and maxi skirt under which will be very useful to mix and match when i wear it again. Overall, i love the dress and had a great evening except the part that i look super thin in each and every photos. I Hate myself for making so many excuses to hit the gym lately. To achieve a balanced life style, i'm seriously in need of urgent strict schedule.

"Color Play"

I was determined to write once a week blog post to limit sometime for my hobby no matter how busy i'm. But unfortunately this week after my training trip back from Hanoi, i could hardly find time. finally Sunday today, my first one sweet off day in march, but let's say one lazy Sunday post which so many selfies involved. I was all about lipsticks for few weeks shopping nothing but lipsticks, and i noticed that by the time i already bought 9 lipsticks total in one week. So i decided why not do some reviews and play with colors on my lips. But i can assure next week gonna be one long travel post posted. 

But before i introduce my newly bought babies, i feel like wanting to share my too personal feelings and thoughts which been on my mind lately first because only writing it down or speaking out loud calms me. That is simply why we got twitter in our generation. I'm one hell of selfish woman and everyone who know me well can witness it. But judging people simply by this three reasons 1: the past which has nothing to do with  present where they stand now 2: with the excuse of 'not my type' 3: 'overconfident of their capabilities' is one thing i don't do. We are all human living in this uncertain world together, why hating each other or judging should be the option? Everywhere i see is poker faces, fake smiles, Rotten gossips, dirty judgement, ugly jealousy. one wrong move and bomb! next day you are doomed and everyone hates you. Does they even aware that we all make wrong moves all the time every now and then? You can only point one fingers but don't forget numbers of fingers are pointing you back so the point is not to point at all. but one so ass thing about me is to whoever hates me with or without reasons i have no place for them in my life. I clearly made that rule of my life. Why should i keep people who can't accept me as who i'm and what the benefits of it. I don't listen to anybody all my life my family had a hard time breaking my self esteem but they never exceed. Here's  my another point people normally tend to hate over confident people but why? i mean they are the most energetic people to get inspired by (rich family born over confident and good for nothing people doesn't count). oh well i might judge a little bit harsh to them but most of them deserve it. Now that i'm clear and clean slate, one thing i only focus on is how to work on my dreams as also my relationship is never been that stable. To sum all up, i was feeling a little bit of insecurity and begging acceptance in childish way but I'm sure  it's never too late to be true to yourself. We all have different original colored heart. Just don't paint wrong color or don't let anyone paint you trust me nothing more comfortable then being yourself. 

So now back to our real color play, let's start with my old Bobbi brown orangee lipstick . Not many people are fan of orange colored lips but i'm a huge fan I've been haunting real hot orange lipsticks for long. I bought wrong one before that, Anna Sui for 50 bucks but totally not worth it, too gloss but the container is too attractive. I still keep it tho i'm not using anymore. Eventually i found my true match, Bobbi brown Valencia orange creamy matte, love its orange color texture and long stay on lips but the nature of matte is feeling too dry on lips so with the help of Dior addict lip polish, the outcome is perfect. 

Recently i went to Yves Rocher make up show at their main outlet. To be honest, before i got invited, i have no idea about this brand. Yves Rocher is one oldie first botanical brand from France like the body shop. Some products can be quite pricey but i'm sure quality is reliable as it's an old brand. so I decided to buy and try out one lipstick. No doubt one feel good and sweet lipstick (yes it has a taste too!).  Although it's gloss type sheer and shine, it stays up to 6 hours without meal. the color is somewhere between red and pink which i never have before. 

My current purchased favorite one is MAC ruby woo matte which is one hot pick, celebrity choice so fab lipstick. I had enough of red, (i have like 4 different red). So I never meant to fall in love with and buy, but what can i say to this red. just one try and I decided to buy. For normal not so white or dark complexion like me, it brings up my face tone. But not to worry, it goes well with any color complexion too ( credit - google :P ). But it can be too dry on lips first time, don't use gloss, get use to it, this ruby red is good with matt look. 22 bucks is one reasonable price for such a great color lipstick. 

Now here's my first YSL. Talking about lipstick, without YSL, it never complete. I was just so excited to own one so couldn't choose right color to buy. It's all look nice and my decision making was so challenging at that moment. At last, YSL rouge pur couture, it's more of a basic color for daily wear. But after i paid 32 bucks for that, i have second thought to buy hot pink but i already got cheap not branded one recently. But now glad i bought this color, I could wear everyday and love it's touch and smell, classic!

What about some cheap affordable good price lipstick? 'Revlon just bitten kissable' three in one for just 15 bucks. It's so kissable that i even want to kiss myself just kidding :P. it's tasted mint, smells sweet and feels good on the lips.  My mom, sis and me each of us get one. We live in same house so dividing is not that effective tho. My mom loves it because my mom likes good quality not expensive stuffs. I got her right one. 

Last but not least, Chanel, everyone loves Chanel so i think not much explanation needed. I chose Chanel rouge allure farouche' because i don't have any dark color lip stick and this color been much of a trend now so why not get one. It comes to my surprise that, it's not even gloss type but doesn't last long on lips. That disappoints me as i hate not long lasting lipsticks. 

All in all, i'm clearly not an expert just sharing my honest opinions to those who might interested. Playing around with colors is real fun and there is no enough lipsticks amount for girls who love make up. And sorry if my lips post annoy you, It would be so boring if I make just one post in every photos right? Btw, let me introduce my VS bombshell body mist and lotion too i just love love love it's scent. Mostly Vs products smell so strongly sweet but this one is a bomb, A mixture of purple passion fruit, Shengrila peony and vanilla orchid is sweet and calming. I just loving it so much that i must sleep with this scent every night.
